In this blog, I am going to write about the usage of accounting / finance professional. Until recently, even if international companies (Gaishi), outsouring for accoiunting professional is not so popluar.

Regarding accounting routine work such as T&E or Account payable, many comoanies have already used outsourcing. One of the reasons is due to head count merit. It means that usually, head count does not include outsourcing. So, more flexible to use it comapred with hiring permanent staff. Additionally, if the quality is not enough, the comany can change to another oursoursing company. However, if the company hires permanent staff, changing it is extremely difficult especially under Japanese labor law.

In these days, new trend is pervasive to professional. Currently, skilled accountng person is difficult to find in the market. The company also would not like to owe the risk for mismatch about the permanent employment. As a result, outsourcing for accounting profession is fever. I personally consider that this trend will continue for a while, because apparnetly, such skilled person do not exist many in the market.
