This service is that instead of company, I check finance candidate about technical skill through interview. In the past, recruit agent was filtering technical skill, but recently, finance and accounting field becomes really complicated such as transfer price tax, and difficult to judge.
Hiring manager is of course first responsibility about this, but it is impossible to judge it by him(her) self. And once this hiring manager misjudged the technical skill and issue an offer letter, it will cause disaster to the company.
