New service starts for New FPA Manager and Controller.

This service is about online (Zoom or Teams) or face to face one on one service. Many international companies implement FPA Manager. Business Planning and Controlling Manager or Controller in the organization.

However, in Japan, a lot of finance people know that these include management accounting, but still not understand what is exact scope or responsibility.

This course has two program for entry level and advance level. Entry level is picking up basic FPA, BPCM and Controller task and explain them in total ten lesson.

Advance level is for FPA Manager, BPCM and Controller in luxury industry. For this Advance level, picking up typical topic for luxury industry. For example, how to consider flagship store’s rent strategy, IFRS16 lease, CAPEX, Transfer Price documentation and normal channel / e-comm / outlet strategy.
